At Refined Woodcraft Design & Build, we take pride in the craftsmanship, precision, and quality of our work. Each product and service is custom-made, designed, or installed specifically to meet our clients’ unique requests. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for both products and services provided through our website and business operations.

What's Included

1. Custom Orders & Services

All custom-built furniture, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and design services are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

  • A deposit or retainer fee is typically required to secure scheduling and materials; this deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, please contact us immediately at RefinedWoodcraftDB@gmail.com to discuss options. Partial refunds may be considered based on material costs and time invested.

2. Pre-Made or Shipped Products

For select ready-made products sold through our site (if applicable):

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email RefinedWoodcraftDB@gmail.com with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your item.
We will review your claim and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and available stock.

4. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every project. If you experience an issue with workmanship, installation, or finish, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will evaluate the concern and determine the best resolution — including touch-up, adjustment, or repair — at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-built items where design or material choices were client-approved.

  • Labor, travel, or installation services already rendered.

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Delays due to external factors (e.g., supply chain, weather, client scheduling).
